Knowing that Multi Sport competition activities such as running/walking, riding bikes and swimming, either as individual events or placed together in the form of Duathlons, Aquathons or Triathlons are potentially hazardous activities, I enter club events certifying that I am medically able and properly trained. I also assume any and all other risks associated with participating in this event including, but limited to falls and contact with other participants. Knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my membership form, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Townsville Triathlon Club organisers, it’s servants, agents, all instrumentals cities, state or councils where an event is held, and all sponsors of all liabilities, claims, damages, costs or expenses which I may have against them arising out of or in any kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.
