Townsville Tri Club will be holding the last triathlon of the year on 10th December at 6:30am at Aplin’s Weir (Annandale side). Please arrive at 6am for registration. There will be two distances:
Sprint (750/20/5) and half sprint (375/10/2.5)
The distances can be done as individuals or as a team, so there is something for everyone. If you are new to the sport this is the perfect event for you!
Wearing of Christmas hats / tinsel / green and red encouraged 
The cost of the triathlon will be $30 which includes membership to the club for the 2011 season.
Following the tri there will be a BBQ breakfast. If you are planning on bringing family / fans or plan to be a hungry spectator yourself please let us know for catering purposes.
The annual AGM will also be taking place at 3:30pm Stanton Place.There will be various positions up for nomination so if you are keen to get involved with the running of the club then make sure you stick around for the AGM.
