Summer 2012
There are no specific TTC training sessions, but many of our members meet up with each other, or with other groups such as Road Runners, to train together. You do not have to be a member of TTC to join the below sessions, and TTC does not cover insurance for listed training sessions. We recommend all members seek membership of Triathlon Queensland to meet their insurance needs.

Running Training
- Tuesday: Intervals 1730 out the front of the red track with Road Runners
- Thursday: Hill running of Cross Country 1730 at Riverway with Road Runners
- Saturday: Roadrunners (check website)
- Sunday: Long slow distance 0530 at rockpool or Riverway with Road Runners
Cycling Training
- Sundays: group: 0515 Rising Sun for 80km at 30-32km/h out and 40-45km/h back
- Mondays:
- Tuesdays: Cyclechinos 0530 Juliettes ( group 1 fast / group 2 reasonable). Hills 0515 Tubruk
- Thursdays: Cyclechinos 0530 Juliettes (as above). 0515 Officeworks (fast)
- Fridays: 0515 Officeworks for 30km at 25-30km/h
- Saturdays: Cyclechinos: 0530 Top Brand for up to 120km at up to 40km/h. 0530 Willows for Harveys Range (70km) 30-35km up, 40+ back.
- Sundays: 0530 for Woodstock (80km) 30-35km up, 40+ back
Swimming Training
- Mon / Wed / Fri: 0530 Tobruk Pool for up to 4km
- Mon / Wed / Fri: 1630 Tobruk Pool for up to 4km
- Saturday: 0700 Tobruk Pool for 5km+
